Update!
I wanted to take a bit here to make
a little update. I was MIA this last week or so. I got overwhelmed and needed
to take a step back from everything and hit the reset button.
I’m a very introverted and anxious person, and sometimes I take on a little too
much and I find out I can’t handle it! Oops! I went past my limits and had a
spontaneous vacation doing pretty much nothing, and it’s exactly what I needed.
Social Media
Me and social media don’t get along
too well. A few months ago I basically rid my personal life of it, and I only
go on maybe once or twice a month to check in on friends I haven’t heard from
in awhile. I still had my work accounts though. I’m told endlessly that you
NEED it to be successful. So I worked hard to be on it constantly, especially
Twitter, and I’m admitting to myself that I just can’t do that. It puts me in
such a foul, and unproductive mood and mindset. The internet is such an amazing
invention where you can learn just about anything, talk to people from all over
the world, and so much more. It’s truly awesome! BUT it also is full of
negativity and pseudo science, which I just can’t stand. Also, politics is
everywhere, and I’ll tell you right now I’m not a Democrat or Republican, so I
just hate seeing it constantly. It’s so exhausting. So, last weekend I deleted
the Twitter app from my phone and my mood has improved GREATLY.
I’ll still make posts on there, but it’s going to mostly be from a 3rd party
application that will post for me so I don’t have to actually be on the site.
I’m apologizing in advance because I probably won’t be engaging too much
anymore. For my sanity, I need to do this.
I am wanting to shift some of my energy over to Instagram, where I’m only posting about yoga, making food from scratch, and video games. It’s basically just me improving my life and connecting with people that way. It’s 100% safe for work (SFW) so do keep that in mind. Also, I started a YouTube and have not made any videos yet, so I’m going to focus more on that as well. Then my website right here, I want to make more blog posts where I don’t have to worry about censoring myself and I can just say whatever my kinky mind is thinking about. I feel like making these changes in life will benefit my well being, and also the quality of content I’m putting out for all of you! I love my job, and I’m not going anywhere anytime soon.
New Adventures
Since I’m going to be cutting out some of my interactions by not being on Twitter much anymore, I’m planning to allocate some of that extra time and energy on working harder on being more active on SextPanther, NiteFlirt, and iWantPhone. I’ve done texting, but I also want to work harder on making phone lines so I can take calls. Doing so, I may decrease my clip output from 6x a week, to 4 or 5x a week instead. But to balance it, I’d possibly be on the phones 2-3x a week taking calls AND phone + Cam! This is something I’ve been debating on. If you have any suggestions on that, feel free to comment or email me.
It’s important to figure out what your limits are in life, and this is me figuring out mine. I appreciate all of you that are displaying patience and understanding. I implore you to test out your limits as well and see what makes you happiest in life! Don’t be afraid to take some time for yourself and change some things. Sometimes those changes work, and sometimes they fail! Even if you make a change that fails miserably, just remember that from your failure, knowledge has been birthed from it. Knowledge that will help guide you to a change that will lead you to success.
